Annual Girls trip in Dallas

This past weekend was our annual girls trip. There are 12 of us from Kansas City that still keep in touch and visit each other regularly. Now that we all have 2-4 kids (and still growing) it's harder to coordinate all getting together with husbands and kids. So last year we started an annual girls only trip. I was on bed rest so I had to back out but Patricia was the planner last year and they went to Chicago last year. This year Jamie Kirby planned it and we went to Dallas! 11 out of the 12 girls made the trip this year and we had 4 babies (newborn-5 months) on the trip and 2 girls that were pregnant. We did the math and realized just out of the 11 girls that were on the trip this year we have 28 kids! The girl that didn't make it has 3 kids of her own. It's crazy how much our group has changed in 5 years and it's still growing!

We started the trip off right with a pedicure! Actually Holly and I started that morning with massages and a facial. The rest of the group arrived around lunch and we went to lunch and then all got pedicures together after!

We did some shopping and then went to dinner and dessert after.

This was my favorite part. All the catching up that went on in the hotel late into the night. I LOVE this group of girls. My iron sharpening iron friends. Each girl is so special and unique and brings SO much to the table. Good as gold this group.

Our party planner extraordinaire. She planned this whole weekend for all 11 of us and made all the arrangements and goodie bags all the while having a tiny newborn and a 2yo and a full time job as a physician back home in Tyler. SUPERWOMAN Jamie Kirby. We loved the newborn snuggles!

Our itinerary was waiting for us as we arrived along with goodie bags!

Saturday we had breakfast at breadwinners in Northpark and then spent the day shopping at the best mall ever.

Dinner and drinks on a patio

Patricia brought her newest baby (#4) Noah. This was my first time to meet him!

Sunday morning my dad brought Audrey to me. Mom and dad kept Audrey at there house for the weekend so she would be nearby in case I needed to bring more milk or come get her. This was my first time away from her ever! Hunter and Madison stayed with daddy and then they had sleepovers with Papa and Vivi and Beekah and James for some one on one attention!

Most of the girls were just meeting Audrey for the first time too.

We went to brunch Sunday morning before all heading our separate ways.

Our pregnant mommies! Camille (left) pregnant with #2 and Meaghan (right) pregnant with #3!

Such a fun weekend! I cannot WAIT until next year!
